By using TrainWars you accept these terms.
The game is fiction
TrainWars is a game. The trains, yards and tunnels are made-up interpretations. Please do not paint real trains, walls or property. We do not support vandalism. Never go on real tracks, into tunnels or into rail yards. It is dangerous and against the law.
Free game and Full Game
The free game costs nothing. The Full Game is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra colours, tools, maps and a bigger blackbook, as listed in the game when you buy. The price is shown in the game and at checkout. It is a one-time payment: no subscription and no renewal. The Full Game stays with your account, including trains and maps we add later, unless we say otherwise before you buy.
We do not charge VAT at this time. The price you see is the price you pay.
Your account
You sign in with an email link. Keep your email account safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. You may ask us to delete it at any time.
Your content
Your paintings, photos and writer name stay yours. You give us permission to store them and show them back to you. If we add community features, we will ask for more permission before showing your content to other players.
Do not save or post content that is illegal, hateful, or breaks other people's rights. We may remove such content and close accounts that break these rules.
Fair use
Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, get around the purchase locks, or access other players' data.
Availability and changes
TrainWars is an independent project. We try to keep it running but we do not promise it is always available or free of errors. We may change or remove features. We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the game.
Liability
We are responsible for what the law says we must be. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect loss. Our liability for any claim about the Full Game is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. As a consumer you keep the mandatory protection of the country where you live. If we cannot solve a problem together, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
